Job Description

Work closely with the Director of Finance to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters

  1. Support the finance department by inputting into sales and purchase ledgers from source documents as and when required
  2. Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices
  3. Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy
  4. Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
  5. Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
  6. Resolution of finance related queries
  7. Assist with end of year preparation and procedures
  8. Provide financial support to team members
