Job Description

Choice Support are looking for full-time and part-time Support Workers plus casual Bank Support Workers to support a young man with autism who is moving back from a treatment and assessment unit to be closer to his family in North West London. He will require a great deal of support to readjust to this change and begin to develop his every day skills and independence.

The young man requires support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and so you will be required to work various shifts. These may be early, late, and sometimes sleep-overs.  

The young man needs help to support him live independently and build up a fulfilling and active life. He would like help to be supported with several different activities including personal care, cooking, and learning other daily living skills. He would also need to be supported to access:

  • Visiting his family
  • Swimming
  • College
  • Bowling
  • Shopping
  • Cinema
  • Health appointments

Experience is desirable but if you are friendly, kind, and respectful, Choice Support will train you to work with us.  In return, we will offer you a competitive salary and excellent and on-going in-house training programmes and mentoring.
