Regional Co-Ordinator
We are looking for a positive and self-motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Regional Co-Ordinator.
About the role:
The role covers several services in Sutton, London, all which are under the same CQC Registration.
We are looking for someone with great leadership and operational management skills. The services are predominantly learning disability, Autism, but can support those with Mental Health and other diagnosis and you will need to ensure you lead teams which enhance the people supported with their role as equal members of the community.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise appropriately with external agencies and the supported persons circle of support.
Flexibility is also a key part of this role; plans will often need to be changed at short notice, and the successful candidate will need to have good time management skills as well as good IT Skills.
The supported people must live fulfil and meaningful lives which enshrines their rights as citizens as well as their human rights.
Hours:
Full time, 39 hours per week.
Location:
Sutton, London.
About you:
You will need to ensure that you have good oversite of the services and that they remain CQC Inspection ready all times.
You will need to be ready to mentor, coach and lead teams toward achieving the organisation s business plan and objectives.
You will need to have budget management experience and ensure services are delivered within the agreed budget. Experience is also essential in support people with their DWP Welfare benefits as well as Housing Benefits.
You will already have Multi-Site leadership experience.
You will need to be in possession of the QCF Level 5 diploma in leadership in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or be working towards this qualification.
