In 2023, we ran a campaign asking our employees to answer the question ‘why I care’.
We got inspiring responses from across the organisation, from our support workers to our Board Members.
While every individual had their own personal answer for ‘why I care’ it was clear that the four values of Choice Support; we care, we respect, we lead and we learn, underpins everything our staff do.
