We help people with autism and learning disabilities to learn new skills and grow in confidence by taking part in lots of great activities, from woodwork and zumba to art and bowling.
Although we do some things at our centre in Gravesend, many activities involve using community facilities. These include going to the bowling alley, the gym, local parks, churches and the college.
Whatever you choose to do, our staff and volunteers are there to help you to build your skills and confidence.

If you have a learning disability and are over 19 years old, we may be able to support you. You will need to have funding in place to pay for the support, whether it's your own funding or through social services.
