Support Worker
About the Role:
Do you have a passion for making a difference where it matters most? As a Support Worker, you will help people with disabilities live fulfilling and independent lives. No two days are the same—you’ll be supporting individuals with:
✔ Fun days out (cinema, museums, lunches, stately homes)
✔ Daily living tasks (cooking, laundry, medication, finances)
✔ Health & wellbeing (doctor and hospital appointments)
✔ Personal care & companionship
No experience? No problem! We provide full training and a Care Certificate, so you can build a rewarding career in care.
Hours:
Flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
2–3 waking nights per month
Full, Part-time and bank positions available
Location:
This role is based in Biggleswade, SG18 8 and SG18 0. A full UK driving licence is essential.
