Mental Health Support Worker
About the role:

As a mental health support worker, you will be working alongside a dedicated team who thrive on being able to make a difference.
You will encourage the people we support to make choices and decisions enabling them to take control of their own lives and increasing independence. You will actively promote effective communication, including accessible information to facilitate involvement and decision making. You will contribute to the development of person-centred planning, ensuring each individual’s plan has meaningful and achievable goals with positive outcomes that meet aspirations as well as needs.
Hours:
2 full time position available
Hours usually between:
7:30am-3pm
9am-3:30pm
2pm-10pm
Please note this service requires the successful individual to work sleep-ins at a flat rate of £55 a night.
Location:
The service is located on the beautiful Whitstable coastline with sea views and plenty of free parking. Access via a main bus route is also available.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector, looking to make a difference to the people we support and will be looking for a challenging but rewarding role.
