Service Coordinator
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to work across two Registered services in Greenwich.
About the role:
As a Service Co-Ordinator you will have responsibility for the day-to day management and performance of two Registered Services. The post holder will play a leading role in the strategic management and development of services ensuring the people we support, and families/carers are actively engaged. You will utilise resources to ensure goals and objectives are met, evaluating both internal and external factors that may have an impact on service delivery; as well as providing operational management to ensure optimum support to individuals is achieved.
The post holder will be responsible for leadership, providing direct support and supervision to Assistant Team Leaders across the services, and be responsible for the setting and delivery of budgets, and for quality and regulatory compliance. They will ensure that standards set by Choice Support are adhered to.
Hours:
Full time- 39 per week.
Location:
Greenwich, London.
About you:
- Excellent leadership, management skills and experience in evaluating both internal and external factors that may have an impact on service delivery.
- Experience of effective multi-disciplinary working, including confidence in working with external agencies and of working under own initiative.
- A clear understanding of the values and principles of Choice Support. As well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CQC legislation, health and safety, safeguarding and experience managing a team of staff.
- A sound knowledge of budget and time management, good communication and IT skills are also required.
