About the role:
We are currently looking for 5 full & part time support workers to deliver person centred care and support to 3 individuals (soon to be 6) who present high levels of complex needs and challenging behaviours associated with learning disabilities and autism.
We will train you to provide personalised support and follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person. The focus is developing independent living skills: personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, socialising – the daily routine of regular life.
This will also include planning alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to be successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.

Hours:
We have 5 full & part time positions available.
Shifts within the hours of 7am-9pm (flexibility required)
Location:
Located close to Ossett town centre, this service offers free private parking and is situated on a main bus route giving easy access.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector, looking to make a difference to the people we support and will be looking for a challenging but rewarding role.
No experience or qualifications are required as full training and induction will be provided to support you in your role. All you need is a kind heart, compassion and a willingness to learn.
