Diversity & Inclusion
Mark Ferry, Deputy Chief Executive and Chief People Officer, is proud to present Choice Support's second report on Diversity and Inclusion.
The new report shows the progress we have made on the ambitious targets we set for ourselves back in 2021. It outlines the steps we intend to take next to continually improve diversity and inclusion (D&I) across the organisation.
Although we are proud of our achievements and of the progress we have made, it’s an ongoing process. This is why we will continue to publish these reports, set ourselves more targets and be transparent about our successes, as well as recognising where we need to do more.
New for this year is the ‘At a glance’ page. A snapshot of the make-up of the organisation today. And if you want to take a deeper dive into our D&I data, you can find all the information in the appendix. At just twenty pages long, the report is shorter this year and a quick and easy read.
"It's important for me that Choice Support reflects the broad society it serves. People of all ethnicities, sexual orientations, and faiths, from whatever background or group, should feel welcome," John Hammond, Chair of LGBTQ+ Allies
We hope you enjoy reading it and can see that we are working hard to create an equitable and inclusive organisation, that reflects the diverse workforce at Choice Support.
