Support Worker
We’re looking for a compassionate support workers with the ability to encourage people to look after themselves so they can live their lives to the fullest.
Full UK driving licence is required for this role.
About the role:
The focus of this role is to help the people we support to develop independent living skills: improve their personal hygiene, assist with meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities and socialising – the daily routine of regular life. You’ll get huge job satisfaction from seeing the people you are supporting do more for themselves and live the life they want to live.
First and foremost, our goal is to provide fantastic opportunities and positive experiences for the individuals we support. We aim to support people to live big, set ambitious goals and gain independence skills.
You will be supporting adults, both male and female with learning disabilities. Good communication skills are a must, as some of the people we support are non-verbal. This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference to individual’s lives, including experienced support workers, graduates and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.

Hours:
We have full & part time positions available.
Day hours will be between 8am-3pm.
Sleeps 16:30pm-9:30am
You must be willing to work 2 weekends out of the 4 and be flexible with your availability.
Location:
This service is based in Crewe and located on a main bus route. It is close to the train station with free off street parking available.
About you:
We are looking for experienced, calm and resourceful Support Workers to join our friendly team. You will provide person-centred care and support with personal care as well as community activities such as walking, swimming or going to the gym. This will also include planning alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to be successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.
Applicants with a full UK driving licence are required for this role as the service have their own vehicles to use daily.
