Legal aid chat
If you haven’t already heard, we have a new chatbot called Justice on our website. You could ask it for free legal information to help you.
Have you ever felt like something’s wrong or that someone might be at risk? Now you can ask Justice for help with any well-being concerns.
We all want the best for people we support, and we also take on the role to support their families. After all, we work in social care because we ‘care’.
Part of how we create ‘opportunities for people to be happy’ is by supporting people with their rights as a citizen, which is no different to our own rights. That’s why we are piloting this new chatbot with Access Social Care.
We were one of the early members of Access Social Care, so we have been able to build up a close working relationship with them. As a result, we have seen many examples of real-life positive outcomes for the people we support and their families.

- An individual’s needs are not being met/ someone is unsafe/ might be unsafe.

- MCA/ Advocacy duties not followed.
