The spirit of the season
Season's greetings from Choice Support's CEO, Sarah Maguire, and all Directors and Trustees.
We are fast approaching the end of the year, and what a year 2020 has been. If I think back to December 2019, I could never have imagined the challenges this year would bring.
Choice Support staff have been an inspiration throughout. Of course, they all have their own loved ones to think about and yet they still think about our Choice Support family, too. At times they put the needs of the people they support above their own. Their actions have come to symbolise the meaning of the season’s holiday. They have shed light and wisdom into our darker moments and have taught us how to be kinder and more caring in all we do.
Wherever you are over the next few weeks, be safe.
Season’s greetings.
Christmas card competition
Every year we invite people we support to enter our Christmas card competition. In 2020 we received a record-breaking 90 designs. The cards were all creative, fun, and festive, and we had a very difficult day choosing our final winners. Thank you to everyone who took part.
Joshua Cook was the overall winner and his design is being used for our official Choice Support Christmas card. Joshua, who we support in Kent, is pictured above with his winning design which is also featured in our Christmas video.
