Our Welcome Pack was created by our Families Partnership Group in response to the most common questions families and people new to the organisation often have.
We have found that people may have many questions about how we provide support and the ways in which we work with families and external organisations.
Our Welcome Pack provides more information about what we do than we have ever published before. It gives details about working with families, how we check the quality of our services, safeguarding, and much more.
Whether you have come here because you are interested in working for us, you’re a family member who wants to know how we involve you in planning a loved ones’ support, or you want to know more about our values and what our vision is, the Welcome Pack hopes to answer these questions.
