New advisory group for autistic people and people with learning disabilities
The Public Engagement Network is inviting autistic people and people with learning disabilities to join a new advisory group.
The group will take part in online meetings via Zoom, initially on a quarterly basis, and share their experiences and opinions on using and accessing health and social care services.
Information gathered from the advisory group will be fed back to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our first discussion will be around ‘Feedback on care with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)’. We would like to hear advisory group members’ thoughts on how accessible the feedback process is, and what expectations they have when sharing experiences of using named services.
Individuals will be paid for their involvement with high street shopping vouchers.
