How we are developing the Public Engagement Network
We are changing how we work so that our Members’ Meeting will have a greater focus on networking and how you can lead on our discussions.
Thank you to those who have shared your views on how we can achieve that. Here’s a summary of what you told us:
Your suggestions
- Create space for groups to present their work, projects and campaigns so PEN members can learn from each other
- Have longer introductions to who PEN members are to encourage networking
- Allow for more networking opportunities for developing joint projects
- Engage with CQC during meetings so they can receive feedback on health and adult social care from PEN members. This could also extend to PEN Advisory Group meetings
- Hold breakout rooms on Zoom for more informal networking for PEN members to hear where their experiences overlap
