Our new meeting structure: we want to hear your views on GP appointments and how we develop the Public Engagement Network
We are changing how we work, and March will see our first Members’ Meeting with a greater focus on networking and how you can lead on our discussions.
The purpose of these meetings to is explore areas within health and social care that affect the diverse range of people represented by our members.
We want to hear from you on how best to use this space for you to share your views.
The meeting will be held online via Zoom on Tuesday 19th March at 2 - 3:30pm, and we will discuss:
Accessing GP Appointments
We regularly hear from our members that getting GP appointments can be challenging for the people you represent. This has also been covered in the media.
We want to hear from you about the experiences of the people you represent in getting GP appointments, and what could be done to improve accessibility to them.
Have your say on PEN
We want to hear your views on how you want our meetings to work, including:
- How you can best network with other PEN members
- Future topics you would like to discuss in our meetings
- Your involvement in PEN. Our Members’ Meetings could be an opportunity for you to deliver a presentation, share your campaigns and learn from other PEN members.
