Support Worker
We want the right person to join our team. Is that you? As a Support Worker you will assist the people we support to achieve their goals, learn new skills and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.
About the role:
Could you support someone to live more independently and do the things they enjoy? We are looking for hard-working, caring people to join our team in Crewe. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector and looking to make a real difference to the people we support.
This service supports three adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and some mental health needs. Full support is required for two of the service users, including moving and assisting and personal care. You will also be required to assist with medication, finances, and preparation of cooking meals.
Their hobbies/interests include visiting local attractions, going for meals out, music, art and crafts, watching TV, going to the theatre and charity work.
The people at this service have their own vehicles that they use daily, therefore a full UK driving licence is required for this role.
Hours:
For this service you would be required to work over a 24 hour shift pattern, including sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays.
Shift patterns:
10am-3pm, 3pm-9pm,9am-9pm and sleep shifts from 3pm-11pm sleep, then 7am-10am the following day.
Location:
This service is located close to local amenities and bus routes into Crewe and Nantwich and Chester.
