Bank Support Worker

About the role:
We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of bank support workers at Choice Support.
You will be supporting adults to improve their daily living skills - anything from helping them manage their finances to supporting them to cook a meal. The aim is to promote the people we support’s independence so that they can gain the skills and confidence to move on into the community. You will also be needed to do some housework, paperwork (IT skills are needed).
Hours:
The hours of a bank support worker are zero hours per week, you will be offered shifts as and when they come up, which you can choose to work which fit around your existing commitments. The service has a variety of shifts, and some sleep-in cover is required.
Shifts are generally 9am to 5pm and normally shorter at the weekends.
Location: Canterbury and Herne bay.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector, looking to make a difference to the people we support and will be looking for a challenging but rewarding role.
