Support Worker (Female)
About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our friendly team in Hazlemere and make a real difference every day. You will support two ladies in their own home, helping them live happy, safe, and independent lives.
One lady has severe learning disabilities and uses a wheelchair. She needs help with personal care, medication, and managing finances.
The other lady has mild learning disabilities and needs support with general care, medication, and daily routines.
No two days are the same – you will build genuine connections while providing essential care.
(This role is restricted to female applicants only, as a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.)
Hours
16 hours per week - flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.

About You
Do you have a kind heart, patience, and a positive attitude? Are you passionate about helping others? If so, we would love to hear from you!
No experience? No problem! We will provide full training and help you achieve your Care Certificate.
You will need a UK driving licence and flexibility for shifts.
