Service Administrator
About the role:
We are looking for a motivated administrator to support the Registered Manager and Clinical Lead in the London borough of Twickenham with the recruitment of staff, rostering and other administrative duties.
You will need to support the manager to advertise and monitor recruitment campaigns; arrange assessments for new candidates and manage pre-employment checks. You will also need to support managers to maintain records; Support Plans, Guidelines, service cover, collate and report on accident and incident forms; order items for the services and type documents.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date care records and personal files
- Maintaining confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive data
- Supporting recruitment processes (e.g., DBS checks, right‑to‑work documentation, references)
- Maintaining records for safeguarding, health & safety, and incident reporting
- Assisting with internal communications related to compliance and best practice
- Strong confidentiality and data protection awareness (GDPR)
Hours:
Part time- 25 hours per week.
6 months fix term contract
Location:
Twickenham, London.
About you:
A minimum of one years’ experience is desirable. Previous recruitment and administration experience is desirable. You must be IT literate; be able to produce accurate and well-presented documents and be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines.
