Senior Finance Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced Business partner to join our Finance team at Choice Support on a fixed term contract until April 2025.
This is a home based role with regular visits to Choice Support’s services and offices as required.
The post holder will manage the production of monthly management accounts, provide effective financial analysis and planning, and other key management information, quickly and accurately to enable effective management decision making.
The post holder will assist in revamping our current monthly reporting suite, including developing systems for financial and business planning for Choice Support and all its subsidiaries. Producing reports and projections to inform business decisions. Including, producing costings for new business opportunities, review the financial viability of existing business, undertake re-pricing exercises to deliver better value for money.
You will be a fully qualified accountant and will have significant experience of experience of accounting procedures in medium to large sized organisations.
Along with experience of preparing management accounts, you will be familiar with audit and budgetary procedures, be able to understand complex issues and be prepared to make sound decisions quickly.
You will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent literacy and numeracy skills, advanced excel skills, (including lookups, pivot tables, logical functions and will have experience of corporate and business relationship management.
