Support Worker
About the role:
We are looking for a kind caring reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker to support a 21-year-old gentleman with his morning routine, attend day service and community activities.
You will provide encouragement and support to assist him with access to the community and take part in a suitable activities.
Hours:
Part time hours available.
Monday -Friday 7am-10am.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon/evenings.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is: -
- Kind and caring
- Enjoys supporting young people to develop independence and confidence
- Happy to take part in social and community activities
- A driver with a full driving licence and business use
- Previous care or support experience is desirable, but not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop their skills
Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not essential. We will support you to develop the knowledge skills and confidence needed to provide excellent support.
