Support Worker
To add to our existing team of amazing and dedicated staff, we are seeking to recruit Outreach Support Workers in Cheshire.
About the role:
You will be part of our outreach team, travelling to the homes of the people we support. You will assist with day to day tasks such as cleaning, cooking and shopping. Provide assistance out in the community to engage in social activities or work placements. Some of the people we support live at home with their families and some live independently but your time and engagement helps them to thrive.
For this role a full UK driving licence and your own car will be required .
*Cost of fuel to travel between services is paid at 45p per mile.*
Hours:
3 full time positions available.
You must be flexible.
Location:
Being part of our Outreach teams means travel is essential. You be will be required to travel between the areas of Sandbach, Alsager, Crewe and Nantwich. You may also be required to travel to different areas for different services in the same working day.

You will impress us with your creative support and ability to work on your own initiative. You’re passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people to make positive and lasting changes to their lives. You’re flexible; both in the way you work but also in the days and hours you will work.
