About the role: We're looking for an enthusiastic, flexible Support Worker to assist a wonderful gentleman in his own home. If you're passionate about helping someone build confidence and independence, and you share a love for movies, music, woodwork, arts and crafts, this could be the perfect role for you! 🎶🎨This gentleman has a fantastic sense of humour and is looking for someone who can laugh, share jokes, and enjoy his favourite things like Doctor Who, Star Wars, WWE, and more! If these sound like your interests, you’ll fit right in! 🌟
What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate support that helps build independence
- Share common hobbies like films, music, and creativity
- Help him manage emotions with patience and understanding
- Make a real difference by bringing laughter and joy to his life

Hours: Full-time (39 hours/week) 🕒 Includes a mix of early and late shifts, and sleep-in shifts (£50 sleep-in rate)
Location: Situated close to Tenterden town centre, with easy access by bus or car 🚗🚍
About You: Whether you're an experienced support worker or someone exploring a new career path, if you’re committed to making a positive difference in someone’s life, we want to hear from you! No prior experience is required—we offer full training and support to help you succeed in your new role. A full UK driver’s licence is required for this position 🚗.
