Support Worker
About the Role:
Looking for a role where no two days are the same? As a full-time Support Worker, you will be helping individuals with complex needs live their best lives! From assisting with daily tasks and personal care to supporting them with their health and encouraging them to get out and about—your days will be filled with purpose. You’ll help manage conditions like epilepsy and other health needs, all while cheering on the people you support as they discover new hobbies and get involved in social and community activities!
You will also be part of a tight-knit team, working closely with medical professionals and your colleagues to provide top-quality care.
Hours: full-time (39 hours a week), with early starts, late finishes, waking nights, and weekends. Flexibility is key!
Location: We’re based in Surrey Quays, in the heart of the Southwark Borough of London. Easy access to public transport.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a role where every day brings something new. The perfect candidate will have experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour, epilepsy, and autism. You’ll need to be flexible, patient, and ready to dive into new learning opportunities as you grow in the role.
