Working in partnership with Nottinghamshire Council and NHS England, with funding from Transforming Care, we are proud to present our latest housing development.
In the Autumn of 2023, we opened the doors to our latest development, The Maples.
By working in partnership with Nottinghamshire Council and NHS England and funded through a Transforming Care grant of £2.1million.
We developed The Maples which is one of our NHS England grant-funded Transforming Care schemes for five people who have individual housing needs.
The objective of the NHS England Transforming Care programme is to get people out of long stay institutional assessment and treatment units (ATU’s) and back into the community.
Choice Support are working with the Commissioners and support providers to transform the lives of people by offering more innovative supported housing solutions.
